once upon a time, tiffany and patricio had a very intimate wedding in hawaii. by once upon a time i mean ten years ago and by intimate wedding in hawaii i mean they eloped in hawaii with the help of captain howie. a lot has happened since then. today they have two beautiful children, great careers, and a marriage that’s stronger than ever. the one thing they hadn’t had was a wedding they could share with their family and friends, until this year. as they celebrated their 10th anniversary, they decided to renew their vows in san diego. thanks to our mutual friends, the awesome jeff and karmina, tiffany and pat found us and invited us along. their san diego wedding at the oceanview room in point loma was perfect.
one of the nice things about having kim as my second shooter is she can be a little more creative and find angles other than mine. i think she did a great job here. most of these detail shots and scenes of tiffany and the girls getting ready are kim’s. unlike when you were in elementary school, four eyes are better than two.
pat already knew this, but tiffany looked absolutely stunning.
do not attemp this bridesmaid parasol stunt sequence at home. eloisa nearly lost an eye.
tiffany is the definition of beautiful bride.
the girls set the bar pretty high, but the guys stepped up to the challenge and looked pretty sharp themselves.

during the reception, tiffany surprised pat and their daughter with a birthday cake. they share the same birthday. how cool is that!?
when i said oceanview room i wasn’t playin. the dance floor is right on the water and has a sweet view of the san diego skyline. special thanks to the full moon for lighting up san diego bay for me.
bobby boucher was out with a shoulder injury, so with no waterboy around karmina stepped in to keep everyone hydrated. one thing about karmina, she likes to substitute lemon drops for water. it’s a skill she learned in her short stint as a bartender at her own wedding.

still hot. still happy. there’s nothing better than seeing one of our couples still totally in love long after their wedding.
karmina could make an insurance seminar fun. she’s like disneyland in a dress.

at around 10pm tiffany busted out her wonder woman invisible jump rope and totally won the dance battle.
after all the stress they go through planning, we love seeing our couples having fun on their wedding day. that’s what it’s all about.
like our other couples, tiffany and pat showed that they are just as hot as they are fun. thank you for letting us take you away from your reception for a bit to get these shots tiffany and pat.
everyone’s wedding day schedule is always a bit hectic so we really appreciate any time our couples take to step away and let us have our way with them.

it’s funny, how similar your story is to ours. you both met in the “library” just like kim and i. (yours was called club safari in tijuana, ours was called studebakers in hawaii.) pat and i both do the same job for the government. you have two beautiful kids, like us. you love disneyland. us too! you lived in hawaii, so did i.
i guess that’s why we were all a perfect fit for each other. kim and i had so much fun with you two. congratulations on your first ten years together. we wish you many many more happy years ahead.
