the last family session we did with pinky, chad, and cole was in their backyard, aka oahu. this year, they flew out to our backyard, aka disneyland!
in fact, it was their first trip to the magic kingdom, so we couldn’t just do a quick session and bail. after taking their family photos, we changed into our tour guide barbie uniforms (mine is pretty sweet by the way) and showed them everything we love about disneyland.
pinky, chad, and cole (and grandma and grandpa), i just want to say that we love your ohana! seeing disneyland for the first time again through cole’s eyes is something we will always remember. we absolutely love his endless energy and excitement for life!
looking at these photos and seeing how much cole has changed since the first family session we did with you in las vegas just reminds me, once again, how fast kids grow up. i am so glad you had us along to photograph this once in a lifetime trip. we are to infinity and beyond excited to share these images with you, so here is a quick handful from the day. we’ll post some more soon. stay tuned for part 2!
on a side note, we still miss the old california letters in front of california adventure. bring them back!
hello! hello! send a goofy firetruck right away! i may have just blown up the acme building.
when pinky isn’t at disneyland she pushes buttons like us.
kim had to keep on her toes to dodge all of cole’s arrows and lazers.
every time we go to disneyland we make it our personal quest to get the worst possible jungle cruise boat captain. luckily for pinky, chad, and cole, this guy was the best guide we’ve heard in 3 years. “my name is isaac and i’ll be your captain for as far as we get.” classic.
